		<description>More of than not, most depressed people take themselves far too seriously. They're perfectionists by nature. Until they learn to allow flexibility to sip into their lives, can they not experience life as they wish to. In fact, of all life skills, adaptability is the most critical. Speed too. Being able to adapt comes whatever situation, and adapt fast!</description>
